Should provide continuous feedback on Market dynamics, competitions, challenges, product launches and price points.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Setting up meetings with potential clients & dealers and understanding their requirements.
Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products/services.
Negotiating/close deals and handling complaints or objections.
Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and developments.
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in Field sales.
Should have experience and knowledge in POS, Payment, RFID, Operating system, related competitor analyses and AIDC Technology.
Having an existing network is an added plus.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Proficiency in English and respective local languages Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with dealers & customers and work in a team.
Time management and planning skills.
Must know the Local language (preferable) Bachelors degree or more in business, marketing, or a related field.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
