Oracle Consultant - HCM Module (15-18 yrs)

Profile : Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with OTL.

Experience level : 15+.

Location : Remote.

5 Days working.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions for modules such as Oracle.

- Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Compensation, and Core HR.

- Design, configure, and maintain HCM Extracts to meet business requirements.

- Handle inbound and outbound integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle HCM.

- Cloud and other systems.

- Write and optimize Fast Formulas to support complex business rules and calculations.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to gather and analyze technical requirements.

- Ensure technical solutions align with the business objectives and adhere to best practices.

- Provide technical expertise during Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Document all technical designs, processes, and configurations for future reference.

Key Requirements :

- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM technical roles.

- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically ORC, Compensation, and Core HR.

- Proficiency in HCM Extracts, inbound/outbound integrations, and Fast Formulas.

- Extensive experience in designing and implementing technical solutions for HCM Cloud. environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
