Job Title : Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant
Experience : Minimum 12 years of overall experience in Finance domain.
Qualifications :
- Oracle Fusion GL Implementation Specialist Certification (Preferred)
- Oracle Fusion AP Implementation Specialist Certification (Preferred)
- Oracle Financials Cloud Solution Engineer Certification (Preferred)
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
Skills :
Technical Skills :
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
- Expertise in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and integration points.
- Proficiency in SQL (TOAD, SQL Developer) and experience with data migration and integration.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
Functional Skills :
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and best practices.
- Experience in gap analysis, business process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Proven ability to design and document solutions using methodologies like AIM and OUM.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects, from requirements gathering and design to testing, training, and go-live support.
- Perform gap analysis between client requirements and Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.
- Design and document detailed functional specifications and technical design documents.
- Configure and test Oracle Fusion Financials modules as per client requirements.
- Develop and conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts.
- Stay abreast of the latest updates and releases in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies within the Oracle Fusion Financials team
