Job Description
L2 team:

Must have experience of working with Production support L2 team
Must have worked hands on issue resolution for SAP modules: SAP SCE, SAP OTC, SAP P2P, SAP ABAP
Should have working experience with Service now.
Must have excellent communication.
3 Senior Support engineers/Module leads with the range of 7-8 yeas of experience
Must have experience of working with Production support L2 team
Must have worked hands on issue resolution for SAP modules: SAP SCE, SAP OTC, SAP P2P, SAP ABAP
Must have excellent communication.
Should have working experience with Service now Ticket life cycle and Reportings.
Must be able to handle team members and accomplish day to day technical work.
Should be interested in doing Hands on technical delivery.
