Senior Network Development Engineer

What Youll Do

• Network Testing: Design, develop, and execute test features and validate network functionality, performance, and security.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solution, test, procedures, and results.
• Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Performance Optimization: Work closely with Support engineers to identify opportunities for optimizing network performance and reliability. Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineering, software development, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and deployment of network changes and updates.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in networking and quality assurance.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of methodologies and practices.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP Stack.).
• Experience with network testing tools and technologies (Wireshark, Iperf, Nmap, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What You ll Need

• Industry certifications such as CCIE
• Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Linux Systems
• Knowledge of cloud networking services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Familiarity with network automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for task automation and tool
• Experience with network virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM).
