Job Description

  • deliver engaging and compliant creative materials. Documenting assessments, staying updated on social commerce trends, and guiding teams
  • on quality standards are essential to enhancing customer engagement and achieving business objectives in the dynamic landscape of social
  • commerce.
  • Quality Assurance: Rigorously reviewing and evaluating creative materials such as designs, artworks, and content to ensure they
    meet established quality benchmarks, including brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and platform-specific norms in social
    commerce.
  • Compliance Management: Ensuring all creative outputs adhere to legal regulations, copyright laws, and industry standards relevant
    to social commerce platforms.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Providing constructive feedback to creative teams to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and alignment
    of creative materials with customer engagement strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity,
    and consistency in delivering high-quality creative outputs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with cross-functional teams video production agencies to ensure alignment on
    project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining thorough documentation of quality assessments, issues identified, and actions taken to
    facilitate continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Key Decisions / Dimensions
    Approval of Video Assets: Deciding whether video assets meet quality standards and are ready for deployment or publication on
    social commerce platforms.
    Feedback and Revision Requests: Providing specific feedback to creative teams regarding improvements needed in creative
    materials and deciding on revisions or adjustments to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
    Compliance Checks: Verifying that all creative outputs comply with legal regulations, copyright laws, and platform-specific guidelines
    applicable to social commerce.
    Process Improvement Recommendations: Identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and processes for creative production to
    enhance efficiency, productivity, and consistency
  • Major Challenges
    Expanding Operations: Expanding our operations to accommodate increased business opportunities.
    Inconsistent Quality: Without dedicated quality control, creative outputs may vary in terms of style, messaging, and adherence to
    brand guidelines. This inconsistency can weaken brand identity and customer trust.
    Non-compliance Risks: Failure to adhere to regulatory requirements and platform-specific guidelines can lead to legal issues, fines,
    or restrictions on social commerce platforms, impacting business operations and reputation.
    Poor Customer Engagement: Low-quality creative materials may fail to resonate with target audiences, resulting in reduced
    engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty.
  •   Required Qualifications and Experience
    . Proven experience (4+ years) in a creative QC role, preferably within the BFSI.
    2. Previous experience in a creative or quality control role within the digital marketing, advertising, or social media industry is typically
    required. Experience specifically in social commerce or e-commerce environments is a plus.
    3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision and strategy effectively.
    4. A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees
    or certifications in Digital Marketing or Design can be advantageous.
