Unit Manager

- Track all projects under HR for overview review by the HR head
- Ensure that the data/ to be presented by HR head is submitted on time and is accurate for further representation or decision making or consideration
- Support in working on key projects by managing the project trackers, updates and status on on-going basis.
- To do research and build presentations in specific areas
- To work within HR to coordinate projects, info sharing and imp meetings
- To build on the ideas and guidance given
- To help prioritize key actionable lined up for delivery.
- To ensure data received from different departments talk to each other
- To help developing and tracking of various business projects
