Unit Manager - Payments - PG/Senior Unit Manager - Payments - PG

The objective of the role is to build enable delivery of high-quality online payment product in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. The individual is responsible for enabling Merchant in internal environment and external market for PG products, driving solutions and effective delivery of competitive product offering to enable BFL leading edge across competition and managing partners.
Understand define product use cases, customer journeys, business applicability translate the ask into business requirement basis respective use case

- Ability to understand different technology platforms, their features and be able to work with solution team and write detailed product requirement documents, manage future roadmaps and deliverables

- Competitor benchmarking and market trends analysis of Merchant Acquisition Payments Industry; Market analysis to seek insights on New Age Merchant Acquisition proposition

- Strong knowledge of PG transaction flows in PA, PG and referrer setups, EMI product journey s, Merchant lending features, merchant rewards, customer journey s (pre post onboarding phase) is a must

- Design and implement product management initiatives for PG based merchant acquiring; Deliver effective engagement with COE (Centre of Excellence) and Tech team other relevant stakeholder teams as per business projects actionable requirement

- Coordinating with cross functional team / PMO team to priorities the requirement with technology team.

- Run use cases, test products proactively and its features to provide feedback early in the cycle, make sure entire journeys are covered, and that product reporting exists to track KPIs for the product and its success (data-driven product management).

- Negotiate commercials with merchants and onboard merchants in BFL systems.
- Negotiate commercials with PA s and vendors for cost optimization. Key Decisions / Dimensions

Ensure Success metrics for merchants Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
- MBA/Bachelor s degree in commerce, engineering, or related field
Work Experience
- 5+ years of relevant product management or new product development expereince
- Prior relevant experience in the Payments Gateway Industry is a must- have
- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

- High level of proficiency in MS Office
