Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CPA/CA Intern to join our team on a part-time basis, specializing in EB-5 Source of Fund (SoF) due diligence, documentation and related tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in EB-5 compliance and client s Investment based service.
Key
Assist in conducting Source of Fund (SoF) due diligence for EB-5 clients and prospects.
Help clients and prospects gather, identify, and index required supporting SoF documentation.
Presenting Immigration Attorneys the SoF documentation and compliance.
Assisting clients in LRS and RBI compliances
Conduct financial analysis and SoF documentation.
Ensure compliance with USCIS s EB5 Immigrant Investment Program related to SoF.
Assist in RFE/RFC related to Source of Fund
Co-ordinate with Regional Center and Project s Fund Manager in regards to the EB-5 Investment of the Client.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Chartered Accountancy or related field.
Working towards or completed CPA/CA certification is preferred.
Strong financial and business analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Paralegal and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
