Job Description
- Engineer should have multi-vendor firewall experience likeCisco, Palo Alto, Sophos, FortiGate.
- Creationof devise group, template to apply policies globally over panorama.
- Modificationin existing firewall cluster, adding new interface, trunking, zone creation.
- Goodunderstanding of NAT, IPSEC TUNNEL, Site-to-Site VPN - Domain & Route BasedVPN, IKE & IPSEC Phases / Phase 1 & 2 Modes / PFS / Encryption &Hashing.
- Upgradeto latest version and patches. Monitoring logs and events.
- Strongtroubleshoot knowledge over proxy specially performance related incidents.
- PerformProxy solution component upgrades, testing and configuration
- Stabilizeand optimize proxy solution system performance, including rules and reports
- Musthave wireless access point management controller.
- Configuringnew access point and attaching with management controller.
- LANSwitching, Routing Protocols, MPLS Networks, various Cisco IOS Platforms (IOS,IOS-XE, IOS-XR, NX-OS, ASA, Wireless Controllers & Access-Points)
- Hands onExperience on Cisco (ASA, FTD, FMC, IPS/IDS), Routers (ISR, ASR)
- such as Site to site VPN (IKE V1 and V2), DMVPN, SSL VPN,GRE tunnelling.
- Portsecurity, STP, VTP, SNMP, Syslog
RequirementsSkills & Certification required -:
- Knowledgeof firewall clustering of multiple methods Active/Standby, Active/Active.
- Excellentknowledge on dynamic routing protocols OSPF, iBGP, eBGP
- Excellentknowledge on Firewall, Failover Scenarios, multiple context mode,Configuration, management and troubleshooting of various VPNs
- ExcellentKnowledge on NAC solution like Cisco ISE
- Knowledgeon Cisco WSA, ESA
- Knowledgeon Firewall Palo Alto, Fortinet.
- Goodlogical reasoning & analytical skill
- ExcellentKnowledge on NAC solution like Cisco ISE
Training and Certification -:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate is must.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional is preferred.
- Certification with Any firewall OEM like Cisco, Palo Alto, Sophos, FortiGate
