Sulphuric Acid Plant Manager

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sulphuric Acid Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sulphuric acid production plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, optimizing production efficiency, and leading a team of skilled professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical plant operations, leadership, and process optimization within the chemical manufacturing industry.

Plant operation monitoring and providing directions. Coordination with various agencies, maintenance, materials, HR, all other support services etc., TQM

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven track record of successful plant operations management, with expertise in process optimization, safety, and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in a chemical production environment.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations relevant to chemical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
