HRIS support Analyst

We are seeking candidates with strong experience in HRIS systems, hire-to-retire processes, and technical application support. Candidates with expertise in HRIS backend support are highly preferred. Additionally, HR Generalists with deep experience in hire-to-retire processes and a willingness to transition into a technical support role are also encouraged to apply.

Location: Chennai

Note: HRIS implementation/configuration experience is NOT required, as this role does not involve such activities.

• HR Generalists with relevant experience and a willingness to transition into a HRIS technical support role are welcome.
• Act as the Initial point of contact providing first line of assistance, providing immediate solutions to common user issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support addresses routine problems, and general user inquiries.
• Categorize and route tickets and escalate issues to higher support levels when necessary.
• Provide Functional / Technical Support for Applications as per the agreed timline.
• Providing daily support of the application, utilizing proper tools to ensure proper performance of jobs and processes within the SLA time.
• Create Service Request or Incident Request. Follow up with next Level (within team) or technical team until closure.
• Actively monitor the application / system on various performance related parameter.
• Take actions against each incident occurred during Shifts. Escalate to next level. Co-ordinate with Technical team to fix the issue & Inform Business accordingly.
• Flexible to work in shift (if required)
• Fix the minor issues occurred during business hours. Handle Small Change request received from business team.
• Develop and document configuration As per the best practices Provide SAP - Success factors HRIS systems GO live support in a seamless manner. Perform Data management integration in SAP Success factors HRIS system.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in HRIS tools (like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
• Proficiency in hire-to-retire processes, including position creation, onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations, and exit management, with a focus on backend support roles.
• Expertise in ticket management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and basic troubleshooting skills.
• HRIS IT support professionals with an interest in HR or HR professionals with a strong interest and high aptitude for HRIS IT support are highly preferred. This combination of skills ensures success in support roles and stability within the team.
• HR Generalists with relevant experience and a willingness to transition into a HRIS technical support role are welcome.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Note: This is HRIS backend support role focused on HRIS application support and troubleshooting. HRIS implementation/configuration experience is NOT required, as this role does not involve those activities.
