Your Role:
Evaluate trade offs constraints to prioritise a balanced and feasible roadmap
Own the customer experience charter from end to end
Continuously evolve the product based on customer feedback and market trends
Design experiments to guide decision-making and execute them
Understand product gaps opportunities based on market benchmarking
Effectively communicate product rationale to stakeholders
Qualifiers:
3+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2C company
1+ year of experience in building products for customer experience or with GenAI
Excellent communication and data skills
