Your Role:
Plan and execute successful product launches and marketing campaigns to drive the rewards program and its engagement
Own the entire product development lifecycle from end to end
Set and track the right metrics for the product and use this information to make data-driven decisions
Drive the vision created to build the best in class product in the rewards and gamification domain
Use data and customer feedback to identify customer needs, pain points and opportunities to improve the product
Qualifiers:
2+ years of experience in Product Management in rewards or gamification domain at a high growth B2C company
Excellent communication and data skills
