Head- Process and Cloud Transformation

What you will do:

Detailed R&R & Outcomes to be driven:
1. Own MS Common Process adoption, deployment inline with standard EOE (Ericsson Operations Engine) Model and Standard Delivery Model, collaborate with MS Networks for continuous evolution and update
2. Evolve MS & EOE Processes as per the requirements of Services Centralization , Shared Services and Autonomous Operations driven approach
3. Architect and elaborate the detailed Process and drive Process Evolution for Integrated Evolved Services as per the new operating model and stitch all the process blocks coming from SI, EoE, CI-CD Pipeline and Customer Support going forward
4. Integrate HCP associated processes for IES and MS
5. Drive data driven delivery process digitalization for MS and IES , connecting to different separate strategic initiatives like SSP . Data Lake, MITO, MITO.AI , SWPS etc
6. Incorporate Serviceability & Operability aspects and trigger exchange points with PDU and MITO in the end to end process for MS Delivery
7. Drive changes in terms of Ericsson Business Decision process , Ericsson Business Process and other capacity management processes, in collaboration with sales support and MAs to have standard global definitions to promote services centralisation as well as driving value based business model

The skills you bring:

1) Senior leadership experience of atleast 15 years of Industry Experience in Telecom and domain experience in Telecom IT
2) Cloud Engineering & Cloud Software , Hyperscaler experience preferred
3) Deep experience of Professional Services including Ericsson Managed Services & ADM portfolio and Service Delivery and Processes
4) Ericsson OSS, BSS domain expertise is preferred
5) Telecom IT Service Delivery Hands on Experience
6) Process Engineering and Architecture and Process Consultancy Experience
7) Data engineering, Digitalization , Automation & AI/GEN-AI, TM Forum Autonomous Operations
8) Thought leadership and Design thinking
9) Experience of driving Strategy & Transformation with skills of major Transformation Planning , Execution and past records of delivering in ambiguous and business critical scenario
10) Excellent program management skills
