Responsible for maintaining contacts within respective Sales support team and support organizations so that customer queries are answered effectively in a timely manner..
While preparing a proposal, shall be responsible, through various interfaces, for the following activities or deliverables:.
Network Design and Dimensioning.
Bill of Quantities (BoQ) Solution Document.
Answering technical Statement of Compliance (SoC) Customer queries.
To be successful in the role you must have:.
Strong understanding of general EPC solutions for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G (NSA/SA) networks.
Deep knowledge in EPC products and solutions.
Person having Ericsson EPC product knowledge will be preferred..
Knowledge of dimensioning and product configuration tools will be considered as merit..
Knowledge of interface/protocols with MSS, IMS (SBC, CSCF, MTAS/AS) UDC (HLR/HSS/CUDB/EIR/UDM/UDR etc.) nodes along with call flow would be an added advantage..
Good knowledge of NFVI/Virtualization and Cloud Native concepts along with basic understanding of Kubernetes(K8s) would be an added advantage..
Key Qualification:.
Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication / Electronics or equivalent university degree.
Experience: 4 to 9 years of relevant work experience.
