Network Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer with relevant work experience of 1Y to 2Y

*Troubleshooting of Windows 7,8, 10 , 11 and Local/On Premise Servers & other application software's.

*Maintaining Sophos Firewall & Sophos Antivirus.

*Installation and up gradation and configuration the system with appropriate device drivers and operating system.

*Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of all components of the computers and special devices.

*Maintaining daily backup and restoring data Manage Internet uptime and downtime and contact ISP in case of any issues.

*System performance monitoring and troubleshooting user related problems. Manage and *Maintenance of Biometric Device.

*Daily checks of Backups, logs,

*Beginning level MSSQL DB administration on Testing and on-premise SQL Servers. *Securing data from unauthorized access.

*Should have experience in working with Desktop/Laptop hardware and software Installations Configurations.

*Should be able to replace computer hardware like changing hard disks, RAM's, format computers, Update software and manage Computer related Inventory.

*Efficiently executing tasks assigned by Senior Team.

*Manage IT Tickets raised by All Teams.

*IT assets inventory as well as software assets inventory-To handle all IT *Hardware Related Issues, Windows Installation and Formatting.
