HR Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing interview materials
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packets and conducting orientation sessions
• Assist with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries, investigating employee complaints, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits programs and resolving benefits-related issues
• Assist with special projects, such as conducting employee surveys, analyzing HR data, and developing HR reports
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and benefits programs

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field
• Knowledge of HRMS
• Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR
