Echocardiography Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Performing echocardiogram tests to obtain important data about patients
• Looking at blood flow, valve function, and chamber size to determine the overall condition of the heart
• Assisting physicians in the diagnosis of patients with heart conditions
• Accurately recording patient data and test results
• Echo technicians use ultrasound devices and other imaging tools that use sound waves to create images of the heart. They inspect the chambers and walls of the heart as well as the valves.
• creating images of the heart, cardiac chambers, valves, and vessels for the purpose of assessing heart function and diagnosing heart ailments. You will work closely with cardiologists, often performing the technical aspects of the examinations, evaluating the findings, and reporting them to the cardiologists

Preferred candidate profile

Must be relevant experience of minimum 3 years as a Echocardiology Technician.
