Conduct marketing and database analysis on account bases to develop good understanding of engagement, intent and other behaviour of accounts that support sales drives.
Partner with the field sales team to develop territory-level and account-level marketing plans that achieve new bookings, pipeline generation and acceleration goals
Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and metrics.
Partner with global team to execute, and optimize field marketing event and account-specific activities, to influence prospects and deepen account engagement.
Provide onsite support and execution of partner marketing activities in India
Measure and analyse the results of field marketing, to continually refine programs for optimal ROI
Provide communication and support for the effective launch of marketing programs to the field sales team
Implement a follow up process and plan for all generated leads which will include calling, sales emails, strategic follow up and appointment setting for the sales team
Manage marketing budgets effectively to deliver maximum ROI.
Coordinate with demand generation teams to ensure seamless integration between broader campaigns and ABM efforts.
Track metrics such as pipeline influenced, deal velocity, and revenue contribution, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
Conduct regular reporting to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
Asesss external agencies & vendots and coordinate to ensure seamless execution of agreed deliverables.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience within the technology sector with international organizations, preferably in SaaS, cloud services, or data center solutions
Proven success in collaborating with sales teams to execute programs with a quantifiable impact on the pipeline.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the cloud and data center industry in India, including market dynamics and regulatory environment.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and ABM tools (e.g., Terminus, Demandbase, 6sense).
Fluency in English. Knowledge of Tamil would be an advantage.
