Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in bulk recruitment
for sales roles. You will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our sales teams. This role requires a high-volume recruiter with strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills to manage large-scale recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume sales hiring, from job posting to onboarding.
Sourcing : Identify and engage a pipeline of candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and talent networks.
Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and administer assessments to ensure they meet the required skills and culture fit.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and sales leadership to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and specific role requirements.
Offer Management: Prepare and extend offers, negotiate salary, and ensure a smooth off er acceptance process.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fi ll, cost-per-hire, and sourcing eff ectiveness.
Employer Branding: Promote the companys brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding.
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally focused on sales roles or similar fast-paced environments.
Skills : Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet aggressive hiring goals.
Sales Acumen : Understanding of the sales function and the qualities that make a strong sales professional.
Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously.
Proactive : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
