Job Opening: Associate/ Sr. Associate - PMS Sales

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate - PMS Sales to join our team and contribute to our growth in managing HNI client relationships and expanding our portfolio offerings.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Sales Support:
• Assist in acquiring and advising HNI clients, with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships.
• Support in generating leads and building a sales funnel through client meetings and presentations.
• Help organize seminars, workshops, and other business development initiatives.
• Advisory & Portfolio Management Support:
• Collaborate with senior team members in advising affluent clients on their existing investments and portfolio management.
• Assist in coordinating with product, research, and financial planning teams to make informed investment decisions.
• Support the Relationship Managers in managing and growing Asset Under Management (AUM).
• Client Relationship Management:
• Support in maintaining ongoing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Help identify opportunities for portfolio growth and deepening client engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, PMS advisory, or similar high-ticket sales roles.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of equity markets and various investment assets.
• Ability to analyze client data, identify trends, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Sales-focused with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Passionate about the financial markets with an eagerness to grow professionally.
• Certifications:
• NISM Certification (XA & XB) is preferred but not mandatory.
