Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records
• Process and manage invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions
• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports
• Manage and reconcile accounts
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Utilize accounting software and tools for efficient financial management

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in bookkeeping
• Knowledge of accounting vouchers
• Expertise in record and document maintenance
• Experience with document filing processes
• Familiarity with GST and TDS regulations
• Strong data analytical skills
• Bill checking proficiency
• Accurate data entry capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• High typing speed
• Effective email communication
• Competent in using the Internet for research and other tasks
• Experience with Tally Software
• Ability to learn and use custom software as required
