Accounts Executive

We are looking for a candidate to join our Accounts Team at our Mumbai office.

1 Having knowledge of basic accounting entries.
2 Must be aware of Tally accounting software
3 Basic knowledge of TDS & GST
4 Data entries such as receipt ,payments, purchase & posting general entries etc.
5 Maintaining account payables & receivables
6 Updation of vendor s tariff & booking vendor invoices.
7 Follow up & keep track on vendor invoices.
8 Updating accounts receivable & issue Invoices.
9 Reconciliations of payable & receivable ledgers.
10 Handling cash book & posting entries.
11 Maintaining & filing accounting records.

Pleasant demeanor and good written skills in English.
Ability to communicate with customers and vendors for GST and TDS matters.
1-2 year work experience in accounts department.
Candidate should be permanent resident of Western Suburbs in Mumbai.

Provident Fund

Salary will be at par with market standards and can be negotiated with the right candidate during personal discussions.

Work timings :

Monday to Friday - 0930 hours to 1730 hours

All Saturdays - 0930 hours to 1300 hours
