What will you do?

As a Lead Software Engineer (QA) in the Epsilon Prospect Product team, you will architect and implement testing framework for data solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) with a focus on performance, scalability and availability. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to design and implement testing platform. You will also contribute to product development activities on data engineering platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 9- 14 years of experience in Data Engineering- Python Spark with at least 3 years in hands-on QA automation role.
• Extensive experience in test automation, including the design and development of automation frameworks and scripts. Strong experience with test automation tools like Pytest, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, or other relevant testing frameworks.
• Experience with developing and testing data pipelines, data engineering systems and solutioning with Spark.
• Hands on experience across services with at least one cloud provider AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
