Overview About BU: SaaSOps manages post-production support and the overall experience of Epsilon PeopleCloud products for our global clients. This function is responsible for product support, incident management, managed operations and the automation of processes. The team has successfully incubated and mainstreamed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) as a practice, to ensure reliable product operations on a global scale. Plus, the team is actively pioneering the adoption of AI in operations (AIOps) and recently launched AI-driven self-service capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experiences. Responsibilities What you will do: Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in .NET to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and software development within the .NET ecosystem Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to maintain web-based business applications built on Microsoft and other Similar frameworks and Technologies. Work with .NET development teams to understand system architecture, APIs, and data flows and troubleshoot the issues from the Business perspective. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables. Create and manage system documentation, including use cases, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagram Excellent skills and hands on experience in understanding frontend applications along with middleware and backend. Maintain high standards of software quality testing/validation within the team by establishing best practices and processes. Ability to think creatively to push beyond the boundaries of existing practices and mindsets. Use knowledge to create new and improve existing processes in terms of design and performance. Intermediate to Expert knowledge on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL - procedures, functions, packages, cursors, triggers, collections, transactional modeling, database normalization, indexing methods, constraints, and object usage. Basic understanding of Database design is a must. Package and support deployment of releases. Participate , plan and execute in team building activities fun activities. Qualifications Essential skills & experience: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field or have equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience as a Technical BSA, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a .NET development environment A degree in computer science or equivalent. Strong communication skills Must be detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn new skills and apply them for developing new-age applications. Should have at least 4+ years of experience in the database (SQL, PLSQL, Datawarehouse concepts, etc..) Intermediate level .NET, PYTHON programming skills is essential. Intermediate SQL and PLSQLs . should have knowledge of handling large data sets. Agile Development knowledge is an advantage. Desirable skills & experience: Knowledge of NDM (FTP/STFP) File transmissions is good to have. Experience in AWS, Redshift or equivalent databases, Lambda functions, Snowflake DB types. Proficient in Unix Shell scripting and good to have Python. Experience in developing and managing the artifacts in Oracle. Knowledge of AWS EC2, S3, AMI etc Personal attributes: Professionalism and integrity Self-starter Excellent command of verbal and written English Well organized, with the ability to coordinate development across multiple team members Commitment to continuous learning and team/individual growth Ability to quickly adapt to changing tech landscape.
