Job Description
The Project Manager of Client Services will lead in managing assigned client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution. Candidates must possess team leadership skills and a professional background in the electronic discovery industry to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives to manage service delivery relationships.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction by coordinating and communicating effectively on client deliverables.
- Execute project forecasts and work schedules as directed by the Senior Project Manager or Associate Director.
- Verify and communicate project requirements with high quality and accuracy to both clients and internal partners.
- Provide proactive communication with clients, promptly addressing issues or escalating to senior management as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date project status records.
- Demonstrate leadership to clients and internal teams, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
- Represent our company s commitment to high-quality service delivery, instilling confidence with clients as a primary public face.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required; a Juris Doctorate (JD) or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is advantageous.
- Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles in law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers preferred.
- Solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, with at least 2 years of project management experience in relevant fields.
- Proven success managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, demonstrating confident leadership presence.
- Fluency in any Asian languages is a plus.
- Excellent client relationship skills, including proactive management of client expectations and adaptation of company capabilities to meet client requirements consistently.
- Solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
- Familiarity with computer data types and basic concepts of data sources; knowledge of digital forensics and data processing is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability in project planning, client requirement balancing, relationship development, and financial/billing review to ensure timely deadlines
