HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing and Recruitment: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and employee referrals.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and shortlist potential candidates for further rounds.
• Candidate Management: Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and updates.
• Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Offer Management: Negotiate offers with selected candidates and manage the offer process to ensure successful closures.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and market conditions to ensure the company remains competitive in talent acquisition.
• Employer Branding: Promote the companys brand as an employer of choice and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

a) 1-3 years of experience in recruitment

b) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

c) Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

d) Strong analytical skills to assess resumes and interview feedback.

e) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
