Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (React Native) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and launching a new React Native app, ensuring the overall design, code, performance, and security meet the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to the development of efficient, testable, and reusable React components, and you will play a vital role in estimation, planning, and integration with other stakeholders. If you have a strong background in cross-platform applications using React Native and a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces, we welcome you to be a key player in shaping the future of our mobile development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Build and launch a new React Native app
Build modular, efficient, testable, and reusable React components
Overall responsibility and accountability for React Native Apps
Overall Design - code, performance, security
Participate in estimation, planning and timely integration with other stakeholders (backend, ui/ux etc)
Performance fixes and optimization
Code review
Exposure to React Native CLI, Expo, and other React Native toolchains
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new best practices to maximize development quality efficiency

Requirements

7+ years of experience in cross-platform applications using React Native
5+ years of experience with mobile-specific APIs (Swift)
5+ years of experience integrating third-party libraries in React Native
5+ years of deployment experience for both iOS and Android platforms
5+ years of understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
2+ years of experience in Atomic design pattern
Proficiency in working with mobile-specific APIs and integrating third-party libraries in React Native
Experience optimizing mobile app performance and ensuring smooth user experience across various devices
Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android platforms
Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
Knowledge of mobile app security best practices and ability to implement appropriate measures
Experience in handling offline storage, caching, and synchronization of mobile data
Familiarity with mobile app testing frameworks and writing unit and integration tests for React Native applications
B2+ English level proficiency

This company doesn’t have any culture. It is totally client based work culture. The manager has no power and they keep telling that log off once your working hours are done. But they doesn’t specify the working hours as client gives task in the evening.
