Software Development Engineer - React Native (9-11 yrs)

Role : SDE IV ( React Native Developer)

Designation : Chief Manager

Experience Level : 8.5+ to 11 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive, high-quality designs into functional mobile applications.

- Build reusable, modular, and efficient code to support the development of scalable and maintainable mobile applications.

- Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality.

- Optimize application performance to ensure fast load times, smooth transitions, and seamless user experience.

- Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, React Native updates, and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers, review code, and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality across the team.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate data from various sources and databases into mobile applications.

- Contribute to the planning, design, and overall development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React Native framework.

- Experience working with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Strong understanding of mobile application development and design principles for both iOS and Android.

- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services (REST, GraphQL).

- Knowledge of version control tools like Git.

- Solid understanding of Agile development practices and workflows.

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and enzyme.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with TypeScript in React Native projects.

- Experience working with cloud services such as Firebase, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of native Android/iOS development (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Objective-C).

- Knowledge of mobile app analytics.
