Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst - BI to join our vibrant and dynamic team.

This role is crucial in innovating and transforming the Engineering experience within our organization, operating within EMEA working hours. The ideal candidate will be eager and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively, driving process enhancements, and delivering strategic objectives on a global scale in a fun, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Work close with Certified Engineer lead for effective automation of processes, procedures and tools in all program delivery aspects
Oversee various delivery aspects including planning, critical path and dependency mapping, RAID management, governance, controls and reporting
Manage front-to-back technical program solutions for key Certified Engineer program process enhancements
Provide timely, concise reporting to assist senior management and stakeholders in decision-making
Offer business-related services and support in governance, portfolio management, portfolio planning and tooling
Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment guiding stakeholders through an Engineering learning journey

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience in delivering on global/cross-functional strategic objectives within the financial services sector
Capability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities while maintaining quality standards and budget
Proactive in anticipating and resolving issues to keep plans on track
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail, structured organization and planning skills
Uncompromised proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of PowerBI and Alteryx is advantageous
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills

Nice to have

Familiarity with GitLab
Blueprint experience
