Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - SharePoint with 6-10 years of experience to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in transitioning from SAP P92 to a new system for intra-company service invoicing using SharePoint Online. This role will involve analyzing requirements, managing workflows, and ensuring seamless data integration and approvals within the Azure environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for the new service invoicing system
- Develop and manage workflows using Azure Logic Apps
- Configure role and privilege management using Azure AD
- Facilitate the migration of data for manual uploads to SAP systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs
- Design and implement methodologies to optimize business processes
- Provide expert guidance on leveraging SharePoint Online for project needs
- Monitor project progress and deliver updates to senior management
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for system enhancement
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies
- 6-10 years of relevant work experience
- Competency in Microsoft SharePoint and Azure Logic Apps
- Proficiency in business requirements gathering and process mapping
- Understanding of data migration strategies and their execution
- Background in configuring role and privilege management systems
- Skills in stakeholder engagement and communication
- Capability to conduct user acceptance testing and validate results
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and technologies
