Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives.
- Should be proficient in office technologies, including MS Office, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with professionalism and handle confidential information.
- Experience in startup or tech environments is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and negotiate adeptly, with a willingness to learn new things.
- Comfortable working in U.S. time zones.
- Familiarity with remote work and virtual team collaboration.
Work Environment
- Flexible, full-time schedule aligned with U.S. time zones.
- Remote work setup required, with a reliable internet connection, a quiet environment, a high-performance computer, and a Zoom-enabled camera.
- Enjoy twenty-two paid holidays each year (4 government plus 18 performance-based).
- Required to use time and task tracking software (Time Doctor) for productivity reporting; please ensure youre comfortable with this requirement.
