Software Developer/Programmer (Fresher) || Internship||

Role Overview:

As a Software Developer Intern at EOXS, you will be at the forefront of building and enhancing our ERP solutions for the steel industry. You will work alongside our development team, gaining hands-on experience in coding, debugging, and optimizing software, while actively contributing to various stages of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Participate in coding, testing, and debugging new software components and applications.
• Assist with the development of scalable and efficient code that enhances our ERP platform.
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand technical requirements and implement solutions.

Application Maintenance:

• Assist in troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving software bugs.
• Conduct regular system testing to ensure functionality and reliability.

Optimization & Integration:

• Contribute to performance improvement and optimization initiatives.
• Aid in integrating new features and third-party services with our existing platform.

Documentation:

• Support the team in creating and maintaining technical documentation for new and existing systems.
• Document your development work, including code, processes, and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a strong problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic team setting.
• Willingness to work from 3 PM - 1 AM IST, 5 days a week.
