We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to manage and drive the sales cycle of our ERP solutions. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to achieving excellence in a fast-paced and innovative company. The successful candidate will specifically target the North American market, hence experience in this region is crucial.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers across target markets.
  • Conduct customized demonstrations of our ERP software, effectively communicating its value and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys growth objectives.
  • Handle a high level of interaction with new clients, focusing exclusively on acquiring new business and managing all aspects of client engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management in ERP software domains.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with a focus on sales conversions.

Average Deal Size, Sales Cycle and Commission Structure:

  • Deals average at $75,000 ARR for medium-sized companies, with larger deals proportionate to the company size.
  • The typical sales cycle ranges from 1 to 3 months, depending on client specifics.
  • Attractive commission based on the realized ARR of licenses you sell.

Working Conditions and benefits:

  • This is a fully remote role aligning with US working hours (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST).
  • No travel is required.
