Job Title: IT Sales Manager / IT Sales Executive / Sales Fresher

Location: Kolkata & Ahmedabad

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing sales team in Kolkata and Ahmedabad. Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresh graduate looking to start your career in IT sales, we have exciting opportunities for you in the following roles:

1. IT Sales Manager (Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal) is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets in the IT sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Present and sell IT solutions to potential clients, including software, hardware, cloud services, and IT consulting.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve peak performance.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field required. 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and lead a team effectively.

2. IT Sales Executive (Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal) is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-up activities to engage potential clients.
  • Present IT products and services to clients and address their needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and pricing for clients.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to management regarding client needs and competitive landscape.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field required.
  • Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Sales Fresher (Entry-Level) (Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal) is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in lead generation and initial contact with potential clients.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Learn about IT products, services, and solutions to assist in sales processes.
  • Attend training sessions and actively participate in sales team meetings.
  • Assist in managing client inquiries and resolving issues as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field required.
  • Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Eagerness to start a career in sales, particularly in the IT industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop in the field of sales.
  • Positive attitude and motivation to take initiative
