Digital Marketing & Online Sales Executive

We have an URGENT opening for the post of Digital Marketing & Online Sales Executive in our Company. Job requirements for the role are: -

• Educational Requirements: The role generally requires Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field.
• Experience: Require at least 2 years of prior experience in managing e-commerce & handling digital marketing.
• Technical Knowledge: Require knowledge of computer applications, such as MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, Youtube & Shopify.
• Soft skills: Effective communication, teamwork and time management & to interact effectively with colleagues, clients and vendors. In addition, analytical and problem-solving skills.

The primary duties for the role include:

• The role entails keeping a close watch on proper descriptions and content of our products, dealing with the E-commerce organizations, processing their orders, and dealing with customer returns.
• Assisting in managing our E-commerce platforms, developing product content, and improving customer experience.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in E-commerce, digital marketing, D2C operations and advertising on E-commerce platform.
• Manage e-commerce operations, product listings, inventory, and order fulfilment
• Create & execute social media strategies, engaging content, and campaigns
• Analyze data, drive sales, build brand presence, and foster online community engagement
• Tracking useful social media metrics
• Respond to customer queries and complaints through marketplace portals to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Manage returns, refunds, and negative reviews, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular performance reports, including sales, advertising spend, ad performance, and key metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and strategies to improve marketplace performance.
• Knowledge of Photo & Video Editing
• Making & Editing Product Reels
• Create and manage advertising campaigns( Google, Instagram & Facebook Ads)
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
