Job Description:

• 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• 2. Manage social media accounts, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
• 3. Analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
• 4. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure effective campaign execution.
• 5. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• 6. Monitor and report on social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• 7. Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• 8. Stay informed about industry news and trends to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
• 9. Assist in creating visual assets, such as graphics and videos, for social media posts.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• 3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• 6. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• 7. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• 9. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• 10. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
