KEY RESPONSIBITILES:

• Contest Management with respect to data maintenance and management for contests
• Ensure all marketing merchandise is properly handled.
• Develop effective brand tie ups for ENIL.
• Collaborate with relevant team members to ensure the successful execution and implementation of partnerships.
• Manage public relations and guest relations.
• Complete all paperwork in accordance with audit requirements.
• Build strong client relationships to anticipate their needs.
• Ensure that all event-related documentation is provided to the finance team.
• Handling sensitive information confidentially
• HR Support (Culture Building): - Organize Fun Fridays, welcome events for new hires, birthday and anniversary celebrations, and welfare activities for Fun @ ENIL, among others.

INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER:

• Work closely with HR & marketing manager to ensure delivery,
• Finance team to ensure compliance

External STAKEHOLDER

• Ad Agencies
• Executions partners

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

• Postgraduate with 1 5 years of experience in front desk handling (Experience in handling audits is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office
