1) Meet the existing customers on regular basis for service feedback.

2) Ensure timely attendance, billing and collection.

3) Recruit, train and supervise security Guards and Supervisors.

4) Visit Sites and resolve any issues in case of emergency.

5) Maintain authorize strength at all sites for smooth operations.
