I Technical Skills
1 Analysis of commercial terms & conditions of projects
2 Ensuring incorporation of amendments/corrigendums in contracts
3 Customer Billing Support and review of invoice and invoice documentation
4 Reconciliation of debtors and preparation of weekly report
5 Calculations and reconciliation of Advance, LD, interest of delayed payment
6 To assist in billing forecasting and coordination with all stake holders
7 Monitoring Supply and Monthly Cash Inflow through Cash flow and fund flow management
8 Providing project related information required by bankers
9 Process compliance to Service level agreement
10 Monitoring Supply and Cash Inflow through Cash flow and fund flow management
11 float Insurance enquiries to Insurance agencies, quote negotiations, Insurance MIS, renewal date reminders, documentation for claim settlement and coordination with internal stakeholders
