Job Description: Cluster Head / Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Rural Business Development

Location: Mumbai/Delhi (Willingness to relocate is preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Rural Business Leadership:
- Lead the Rural Healthcare Business for DRL with a strategic focus on achieving market leadership.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand portfolio, geography, and overall business footprint in rural areas.
Team Leadership:
- Strengthen and manage the largest team at DRL, driving portfolio expansion and capability building across regions.
- Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and empowering team members to achieve organizational goals.
Distribution Strategy:
- Oversee the organization's distribution agenda by expanding retail footprints and improving access to the rural pharma market.
- Optimize supply chain operations to enhance distribution efficiency and ensure product availability.
Innovation through Digital Access Models:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative digital healthcare access models to strengthen rural healthcare services.
- Leverage technology to improve connectivity, healthcare delivery, and patient engagement in underserved regions.
Strategic Planning and Program Management:
- Plan and execute national-level programs to build brand equity and market presence.
- Align marketing and sales strategies with the organization's vision and long-term goals.
KOL Engagement and Scientific Initiatives:
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote scientific awareness and support medico-marketing campaigns.
- Lead efforts in scientific writing and educational content creation to enhance stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven leadership experience in sales, marketing, and rural business development within top pharmaceutical companies.
- Expertise in digital healthcare models, rural market penetration, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience leading teams of 30+ members.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
- A track record of successfully conceptualizing and implementing large-scale business initiatives.
Compensation: Current salary should be in the range of - 75 - 80 LPA, with competitive benefits.
Location: Mumbai/Delhi (Candidates should be open to relocating as needed).
