Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing

Strategic Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value healthcare clients, ensuring consistent communication and superior service delivery.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to provide seamless client experiences.

Account Growth:

- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling of services.

- Analyze client performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive mutual success.
