Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic woman to join our team at Ruar as a Store Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for fashion and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting products and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain store aesthetics and ensure proper display of merchandise.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service.
• Work as a team to meet sales targets and achieve store goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Passion for sustainable fashion is a plus.
