Role & responsibilities

• Monitor the POS system for incoming orders from Zomato and Swiggy.
• Acknowledge and accept orders promptly to reduce customer wait times.
• Verify the order details for accuracy.
• Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen team.
• Prioritize orders based on delivery time estimates.
• Double-check prepared dishes for accuracy and presentation.
• Ensure all items are included, condiments, utensils.
• Use appropriate packaging materials to maintain food temperature and prevent spillage.
• Seal packages securely and label them with order details.
• Coordinate with delivery riders for prompt pickup and provide necessary instructions for timely delivery.
• Inform riders of any potential delays or issues.
• Check purchased items against the Purchase Order for quantity and specifications.
