Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in EE Functional Knowledge and QAD Implementation.
• Experience in EE Customization.
• Familiarity with ICT technologies.
• Experience with EDI (Good to have).
• Exposure to Qxtend handling (Good to have).
• Knowledge in Automotive, FMCG, Medical Devices, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Independently manage and resolve assigned tickets.
• Take ownership of customer interactions and manage them autonomously.
