Process Design Group Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead process and process safety design engineering teams on a project.
• To manage the resource allocation and forecasting along with other EGSs to suit the requirements of Projects and Bids.
• Manage schedule and cost performance on a project.
• Lead and conduct process safety meetings like HAZOP etc., and coordinate resolution of comments with clients.
• To manage the development of P&ID's, PFD's while ensuring the quality of documents meets the requirements of the project.
• To manage the preparation of line lists, process data sheets, process philosophies and process package specifications
• Manage interdisciplinary, client and vendor reviews.
• To control Vendor documents for compliance with the requirements of the project.
• To participate in hiring, mentoring, and evaluation of staff performances.

Preferred candidate profile:

• At least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Projects,
• A full-time bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• High level of English Language skills.
• Having enough knowledge of using process simulation software.
