Mechanical Group Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead static, rotating, and package engineering teams on a project.
• To manage the resource allocation and forecasting along with other EGSs to suit the Projects and Bids requirements.
• Manage schedule and cost performance on a project.
• To provide technical oversight to the system/commodity or equipment Engineer.
• To manage the preparation of mechanical data sheets and specifications, incorporating associated ancillary equipment information.
• To manage the development of material requisitions, and ensure vendor compliance with project requirements.
• Manage interdisciplinary, client and vendor reviews.
• To control Vendor documents for compliance with the requirements, in liaison with other engineering disciplines for process/ layout/ civil/ control/ electrical/ construction and start-up issues.
• To participate in hiring, mentoring, and evaluation of staff performances.

Experiences and Qualifications:

• At least 20 + years of experience in the Oil & Gas projects and/or Power Plants
• A full-time bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• High level of English Language skills.
• Having enough knowledge of using mechanical engineering software.
