Job Description
As a Performance Marketer, you will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels to drive leads and conversions. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ads for better ROI, and collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze data from campaigns, providing insights to improve strategy.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
- Work with SEO and content teams to ensure alignment of organic and paid strategies.
- Track and report on key metrics such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spending.
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, new ad platforms, and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Skills:
- Experience in managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.Knowledge of A/B testing strategies and performance tracking tools.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking pixels.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like content, design, and SEO.
2. Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms are a plus.
