Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic ads) to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with design and product teams to create compelling ad visuals and copy.
Growth & Optimization
Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.
Manage and scale retargeting, email automation, and lead nurturing campaigns to drive conversion.
Work closely with the partnerships and product teams to align content with performance goals and market trends.
Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to refine LateShipment.coms marketing strategies continuously.
What Youll Need
Previous experience in a performance/growth marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
Proven track record of designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and audience targeting.
Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, or other marketing automation tools.
Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a growth-driven mindset.
